We settled on measuring three main conditions of the pond water. These conditions are temperature, pH and Oxygen level.

1. Temperature Sensor (TMP36) : This sensor is very easy to use and can measure a fairly wide range of temperature (-50°C to 125°C) with a resolution of about 0.1°C. Lastly, it is very low cost which contributes greatly towards the making a cheap sensor package for farmers.

2. Gravity analog pH sensor: This sensor has a pH range from 0-14 and a resolution of 0.1. It has a very fast response time giving continuous analog output of the pH. Also, it has an accuracy of +/- 0.2.

3. Gravity Dissolved Oxygen sensor: This sensor has a detection range of 0~20mg/L and gives up to 98% full response in 90 seconds.

4. NodeMCU: This microprocessor is low cost and allows connection to the internet.This helps to transfer data recorded by the sensors to a server which will render the information on a web page for the user to view.

5. Liquid Crystal Display: This will be used to display the values recorded by the sensors directly without connection to the server.

6. Connecting Wires: This will used in connecting the different components in the circuit.

7. 3.3V - 5V power source: All the components need a DC voltage supply within the range of 3.3V to 5V.
